A simple discussion on guaranty period

保证期间是保证人根据约定或法律的规定承担保证责任的期间,保证期间不同于诉讼时效,也不同于除斥期间。关于其性质的争议正是由于我国的担保法的规定所引起的。

Guaranty period is when the guarantor bear the guarantee responsibility according to agreement or law regulations. Guaranty period differs from the limitation of claim as well as schedule period. The controversy on its nature results from the regulations in Guaranty Law of our country.
