摘要
干部考察工作是一项政策性很强的工作。干部素质的高低直接关系到社会的稳定、经济的发展。因此,必须认真做好干部考察工作。从目前的情况来看,在干部考察的过程中还存在着考察方法单一滞后、考察程序不够严格、参与人员心态不正等问题。要解决这些问题必须完善考察体系、规范考察程序、实行责任追究。
Cadre investigation work is a work with very strong policy. The cadre quality concerns social steadiness and economic development directly. Therefore cadre investigation work must be done carefully. But at present there still exists some problems in the course of cadre investigation, such as: investigation methods are unitary and backward, investigation programs are not strict enough, and some remarks of people participating in are not reasonable and objective, etc. To solve these problems, we must perfect investigation system, standard investigation program, and carry out responsibility investigation.
