摘要
研究从牛蒡根中提取菊糖并进行纯化的方法。选择固液比、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数 4个因素作为单因素进行梯度实验 ,确定其条件范围 ,并采用正交设计法优化提取条件 ,得到牛蒡菊糖提取的最佳因素组合 :固液比 1∶ 10 ,温度 70℃ ,提取时间 90 min,提取 2次 ,提取率为90 .82 %。对牛蒡菊糖进行理化特性和组成分析 ,结果表明 ,该菊糖平均分子量和聚合度较低 ,纯度较高 ,单糖组成含有果糖及少量的葡萄糖 ,具有菊糖类物质的一般特征。
The extraction and purification technique of inulin from Great Burdock(Arctium lappa L.)root is studied in this paper. Several factors, e.g. water volume, temperature, time and extraction times affect inulin extraction rate. The extraction conditions are optimized by the method of orthogonal design, and the optimum condition is determined. The physi-chemical properties and structure of Great Burdock inulin are measured. The results show that Great Burdock inulin is of the basic feature of other inulins.
