摘要
流域发展及水利设施建设必须有较大规模和相对稳定的投资保证.从发展趋势看,除以政府投资为主外,借贷银行资金或吸引社会资金的方式将会越来越多地被接受和应用.产业投资基金是一种新的投融资形式,是社会资金的一部分.对于供水、供电及可以开展多种经营的水库项目,产出相对比较明确,最有可能实行企业化经营和吸引产业投资基金的参与,同时也符合产业投资基金追求长期稳定收益的目的.
River basin development and water facility construction require a large and relatively stable investment.From the viewpoint of development tendency,the banking source of loan funds or social ones has been increasingly accepted and ap-plied,besides government investment source.Industry investment funds,part of social investment ,is one of the new forms for financing.The system of enterprise management and industry investment funds is the most convenient to the projects of water supply,power supply and diversified economy reservoirs in area where the output for investment is significant.This type of in-dustry investment funds satisfies the purpose of long-term stable benefits.
