Water resources management requires quick and accurate information.The on-line water resources monitoring system,as the basis for this work,is used to collect,transmit and receive monitored data for the purpose of realizing information evaluation and prediction modernization.By analyzing water quality data monitored at home and abroad,as well as the domestic needs,the paper discusses the prospect of on-line water quality monitoring system application and the development of domestic apparatus.
