摘要
在对国内外大学文科学科师资队伍建设的实践历程、经验教训、理念、手段、方法、模式等调查、研究、总结和借鉴的基础上,对21世纪我国文科学科师资队伍的培养途径、素质评估、职务聘任、规模测定等重要问题进行分析,并提出相应的对策。
On the Basis of the research into the practice, experience, ideas, measures, and patterns of the construction of the humanities teachers in universities at home and abroad, the thesis makes a thorough analysis of the approaches of cultivation, diathesis evaluation, position appointing, size mensuration of the humanities teachers of China in the 21th century and brings forward the effective countermeasures.
