摘要
近年来 ,多项大规模随机对照试验证实 ,颈动脉内膜切除术和血管内介入治疗是预防颈动脉粥样硬化性卒中的重要方法 ,但对其疗效、并发症及术中相关问题一直存在争论 ,文章就其发展历史和最新的临床资料进行了总结。
Recently, many large randomized controlled trials have confirmed that carotid endarterectomy and the interventional endovascular treatment are the important approaches in the prevention of carotid atherosclerotic stroke. There are some controversies in their effectiveness, complications and related problems. The article summarizes their development history and the latest clinical data.
