目前对于高血压脑出血尚缺乏规范化的治疗原则和最佳的治疗方法。一些研究表明 ,利用微侵袭手术治疗高血压脑出血可取得较好的临床效果。文章回顾了微侵袭手术治疗高血压脑出血的历史和现状 ,综述了该治疗方法的理论依据、特点、时机、手术适应证和主要的手术方式。

At present, the normalized therapeutic principles and the best approaches in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH) are lacking. Some studies suggest that the better clinical efficacy can be achieved with minimal invasive surgery. The article reviews the history and present condition of minimal invasive surgery in the treatment of HICH, and summarizes its theoretic basis, features, timing, surgical indications and primary operative procedures.
