摘要 急性卒中早期康复有助于改善神经功能缺损 ,提高日常生活活动能力 ,促进脑功能重组。早期康复时机以卒中后患者生命体征平稳 4 8h为宜 ,康复训练应个体化。 Early rehabilitation after acute stroke is helpful to improve the neurological deficits, activities of daily living and promote the reconstruction of brain function. The best timing for early rehabilitation is 48 hours after the stabilization of vital signs. Rehabilitation training should be individualized.
