摘要
本文着力探讨应用计算机进行RIA数据自动化处理的有关问题。提出计算机数据处理的前提和关键是设计合理的数学模型和良好的函数拟合,在此基础上推荐优良的RIA数据处理程序,并讨论选择数据处理程序的原则。重点围绕四、五参数Logistic法RIA数据处理作实例示范,采用Guass—New-ton—Marguardt求解,实行加权、迭代、阻尼非线性最小二乘法拟合函数,以图表和文字说明输出计算结果,其中包括:运算过程,参数的估算值和标准误,标准曲线和95%可信限,观测和期望计数的比较,方差分析,界外点的统计推断,精密度图,未知样品中被测物含量和95%可信限等。
This essay mainly discusses the applicotion of computer to RIA antomatic data handling The prerequisite for and key to computer data handling are resonable designed mathematics model and good function fitting On this basis, We recommend snperior RIA data handling program and discuss how to chose the data handling program The important thing is to give a real example by using 4 or 5—para—meter logistic Method—RIA Data Handling, to use Gauss—Nonton—Marquardt to solue the program, realize weghted, iteratived, dimping nonlinear method of least squares fitting function, fhroagh chart and words to explain the ontput of the calculated result, including calculatior procedure, estimatation on the value of parameter, stondard error, calibration curre and 95 percent of confiderce, the comparison between observation and expected counting, variance analysis, the statistical inference of the boundary point, the accurate chart, the measurement of the unknown samle and 95 percent of confidence, etc.
