摘要
研制出一种基于光寻址电位传感器 (LAPS)原理的多参数生化传感器系统。根据电化学三电极测试方法提出了具有光栅功能的网格型Pt薄膜辅助电极的创新性设计 ,并实现了光机电一体化的检测系统。文中探讨了电解质的电导和LAPS曲线的归一化、敏感膜制备、差分检测等问题 ,给出pH值、尿素、青霉素、乙酰胆碱等的测试结果。
A multi-parameter biochemical sensor array has been developed,based on the principles of light addressable potentiometric sensors(LAPS).An innovative Pt membrane with the raster function was designed to serve both as an optical grating and as an auxiliary electrode in the electrochemical circuit.Integration of the optical,mechanical,and electronic sub-systems was achieved.Details on the preparaˉtion of sensitive membranes were described.To avoid the effect of electrolyte conductance,the LAPS curves were usuallynormalized.To preventthe interference of temperature,ions,and pH,etc.,the differˉence photometric method was employed.The results of determination of pH,urea,penicillin and acetylˉcholine(ACh)were presented.
