摘要
建立梯度洗脱双波长HPLC法同时测定小檗属植物中小檗胺、药根碱、巴马汀、小檗碱含量的方法 ,并应用该法分析采集于甘肃不同产地、不同品种小檗属植物的茎木、根木、茎皮、根皮样品 ,研究小檗属植物中生物碱的分布状态 ,考察其药用价值。小檗胺、药根碱、巴马汀、小檗碱线性范围分别为 :0.015~2.56μg(r=0.9998) ;0.012~2.0μg(r=0.9996) ;0.010~0.52μg(r=0.9999) ;0.028~4.74μg(r=0.9998)。结果表明 ,甘肃不同产地、不同品种、不同部位三颗针植物中生物碱的含量分布有明显的差异。
A gradient-elution/dual-wavelength HPLC method is described for the simultaneous determinaˉtion of four alkaloids in Berberis L.,namely,berbamine,jatrorrhizine,palmatine and berberine.In a surˉvey on the distribution of four alkaloids in Berberis plants fromvarious areas,this method has been applied to the determination of the alkaloids in methanolic extracts from root bark,root,stem bark and stem of Berberis plants.The linear ranges of berbamine,jatrorrhizine,palmatine and berberine were found to be0.015~2.56μg(r=0.9998),0.012~2.0μg(r=0.9996),0.010~0.52μg(r=0.9999),and0.028~4.74μg(r=0.9998),respectively.The alkaloid contents vary significantly with growing areas,Berberis species and parts in a plant.The findings provide basic scientific information for further research and utilization of this kind of natural resources.
