摘要
采用铁 -冰醋酸还原体系 ,将替硝唑还原后 ,在激发波长360nm ,发射波长420nm处测定其荧光强度 ,据此建立了替硝唑的荧光光谱分析法。实验表明 ,替硝唑浓度在1.0×10-6~4.0×10-4 mol/L范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系 ,相对标准偏差 (RSD)为1.2 % ,检出限达5.6×10-8 mol/L。本法测定结果与药典法基本一致 ,已用于替硝唑片剂和替硝唑葡萄糖注射液中替硝唑的测定 ,结果令人满意。
Afast and simple method for the determination of tinidazole by fluorimetry is described,involvˉingthe reduction of its nitro group to amino group by iron-glacial acetic acid and the subsequent measureˉment of its emission intensity at420nm in an aqueous solution with excitation wavelength at360nm.The calibration curve has a linear range1.0×10 -6 ~4.0×10 -4 mol/L and a detection limit of5.6×10 -8 mol/L.The relative standard deviation is1.2%.The results are in agreement with those determined by the pharmacopoeia method.The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of tinidazole in tablets and injections with satisfactory results.
