摘要
对静态顶空和顶空 -SPME -气相色谱 -质谱联用法在烟用香料分析中的应用进行了比较。通过比较发现顶空 -SPME法更适合于挥发性成分含量较低的香料的研究和质量控制。
Static headspace-GC-MS and headspace-SPME-GC-MS methods for the analysis of volatile compounds in tobacco flavors were compared.Experimental results showed that the sensitivity of headspace-SPME was higher than that of static headspace,thus the former is more suitable for the analyˉsis and quality control of flavors.
