民国三十六年西康省的植树节及其造林评价

On the Tree-Planting Day of Xi’Kang Province in 1947 During Period of the Republic of China and Its Performance

从民国四年(1915)开始,中央政府农林部及各省建设厅,在每年植树节前后均下令各省举行植树造林活动。本文根据四川省档案馆所藏档案,以民国三十六年(1947)为例,叙述了民国时期植树节在西康省的推展情况,认为当年西康省的植树节确实在植树方面取得了一定实效。

In the development history of borderland during the Period of the Republic of China ,Xi’Kang Province is an important component part. On the basis of Chinese modern documents and archives in Sichuan Province , this article makes a detailed description of Tree-Planting Day in Xi’Kang Province in 1947 during period of the Republic of China,thinking that due to some kind of seasons , the campaign had a limited effect. Because of the encouragement of government and the Tree-Planting tradition of people in Xi’Kang Province (including Tibet , Yi ,Hui and Han Nationalities), the campaign also got some performance in the area of Tree-Planting ,so it was not to be neglected in the modern development history of China’s borderland
