甘遂治疗重症急性胰腺炎

Therapeutic effect of kansui root on patients with severe acute pancreatitis

目的 探讨甘遂治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果。方法 对 5 4例经甘遂治疗的重症急性胰腺炎患者 (甘遂组 )的临床资料与同期收治的常规治疗的重症胰腺炎患者 (对照组 ) 5 4例行随机配对对比分析。结果 甘遂组腹痛缓解的时间、肠鸣音恢复时间 ,血、尿淀粉酶恢复时间 ,体温、白细胞计数恢复时间均较对照组明显缩短 (均P <0 .0 1) ,甘遂组并发症发生率、平均住院日、手术率及死亡率与对照组比较亦有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 甘遂治疗重症急性胰腺炎有简便、价廉、疗效确切等优点 ,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of kansui root on patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP). Methods Clinical data of 54 cases of severe acute pancreatitis treated with kansui root(kansui root group) were analyzed and compared with 54 cases of severe acute pancreatitis treated without kansui root (control group).Results The releivng time of abdominal pain was significantly shorter than that in control group( P< 0.01),the recovery time of hyperamylasemia,hyperamylasuria,bowel sound,body temperature and leukocyte count were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.01),the mean hospital stay days(P<0.01),complication rate (P<0.05),operation rate(P<0.01) and mortality rate (P<0.05) were also significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusions Kansui root is a simple,cheap and effective therapy for severe acute pancreatitis,it is worthy to be wide use.
