如何说明罗马共和国的兴起是罗马史中的重要问题。公民权的扩展对罗马共和国的兴起有重要影响:在政治上,公民权的扩展扩大了罗马的社会基础和阶级基础;在经济上,公民权的扩展促进了罗马经济的普遍繁荣;在军事上,公民权的扩展造就了一支强大的军队;在文化上,公民权的扩展促进了古典文化的繁荣发展。
The vitalizing of the Rome Republic is an important issue. This thesis wants to explain it from the angle of citizenship preliminarily. The extension of citizenship has influence upon the vitalizing of the Rome Republic . In politics, it brought a strongly amalgamated citizen body and an infiltration of fresh element into the governing class. In economics , the adjust of productive relations made promotion to economics. In military sphere, it brought Rome a powerful army. In culture, it contributed to the flourishing of the classical culture.
