高校图书馆电子阅览室引入企业管理模式探讨

随着网络信息的快速发展,读者对电子阅览室的需求与日俱增,图书馆必须加快电子阅览室的建设才能满足读者需求。本文分析了目前高校图书馆电子阅览室建设与发展过程中存在的制约性因素,提出了在高校图书馆电子阅览室的管理中引入企业管理模式,吸引社会力量加盟图书馆电子阅览室建设的基本观点。

With the swift development of network information, the need for electronic reading rooms grows day by day; therefore the library has to speed the construction of electronic reading rooms to satisfy the readers' need. This paper analyzes the restricted factors in the construction and development of E - reading rooms at present, and suggests introducing the management modes of the enterprise into the management of E - reading rooms and attracting the social force to cooperate with the library to construct E - reading rooms.
