摘要
中国加入世界贸易组织(WTO)使体育人才培养的市场环境发生了变化，对体育人才培养新观念的树立提供了机遇和挑战。本文详细论述了体育人才培养新观念的内涵。
Following China joined WTO, the market circumstance of cultivating sports talents changed, and the chance and challenge of building up new conception of sports talents' cultivation was provided. This article discussed the connotation of the new conception of cultivating sports talents in detail.
