摘要
本文分析了喷焊层的可切削性和喷焊层与基体结合的高位错,指出加工变形导致直线度超差是传统机械加工低成品率的主要原因;超声振动切削以其刚性化效果和较低的切削温度、切削力有可能方便、经济地实现精密加工,试验结果证实了这一判断.
This article analyzes the machinability of the coating and the high dislocation between the coating and the basic combined layer, pointing out that the chief cause of the traditional low ratio of machining products is the overproof in strainghtness resulting from machining disformation.With its rigidifying effects, low cutting temperature and cutting force, the ulrasonic vibration cutting will be able to fulfil the various technical requirements of the valve stern conveniently and economically. The resulte of the experiments has proved this judgement, attained the goal of substituting ultrasonic vibration for grinding.
