On the Objective Responsibility System in Managing the Students in Universities

学生管理目标责任制是对新形势下管理育人模式转变的一次有益探索和新的尝试。该体制以通过制定科学、合理的工作目标,变"过程管理"为"目标管理";通过实行责任制,将工作目标层层落实到人,变"重心在上"为"重心下移";以目标为考核标准,以责任制为推动力量,确保新时期高校学生管理工作持续稳定发展。

The objective system of responsibility is a research of changing the model of managing and cultivating the students in the new situation which makes progress with each passing bay and improves with keen determination. This system is a new attempt of management in universities, which is a bold reform and in good time.Through formulating strict and rational objectives, this system changes process management into attention to the primary level, not the secondary level.Regarding the objective as the standard of assessment and the system of responsibility as the power of promotion, we should adapt to the new situation to make sure that the students in universities can develop continuously and steadily.
