转型时期缩小我国居民收入差距的对策分析

What Causes the Broadened Gap of Distribution and How can it be Shortened in the Social Transformation of China

从经济增长、市场化取向改革、政府政策三个方面探讨了经济转轨和社会转型期,我国收入分配差距扩大的原因。在此基础上,就如何缩小收入分配差距提出了一些政策性建议,包括把促进就业作为国家的长期战略和政策、建立健全社会保障制度、促进劳动力要素合理流动及提高劳动者素质、以立法方式进行调节、形成与社会主义市场经济相适应的收入再分配政策。

The paper thinks economic growth, market transition and public policy lead to the broadened gap of income distribution in the social transformation of China. On the grounds of these factors, the author gives some suggestions to solve the problem, that is, taking promotion employment as our country' long term strategy and policy, promoting the mobility of labor and improving laborers' comprehensive quality, establishing and perfecting social security system, adjusting by way of legislation, adapting the policy of income redistribution to socialist market economy.
