摘要
农村金融服务体系发展滞后且存在诸多问题,严重制约了农业和农村经济结构战略性调整的步伐。如何重塑农村金融服务体系,优化农村金融经营环境,有效增加农村金融服务的供给是当前亟待解决的重大问题。
The lag and a good many problems in rural financial service system seriously restrict the advance of strategic adjustment in agricultural and rural structure. How to remold rural financial service system, to optimize its environment and to increase its supply are the problems to be settled urgently.
