低压密闭快速水解法生产胱氨酸技术的研究

摘要 本文研究了以毛发为原料,通过低压密闭快速水解法提取胱氨酸的新途径;并确定了最优化的工艺条件.实验结果表明,采用本方法能提高水解率,大大缩短水解时间,节省能耗,减少环境污染. New route for preparation of cystine from hair by means of fast hydrolysis in low pressure and seal conditions has been investigated. The optimum operation conditions were determined. The results show that when using this method the hydrolytic yield increases, the hydrolysis time is much shorter, the energy is saved and the pollution of environment is lower.
