摘要
对内蒙古呼和浩特市地区牛隐孢子虫感染情况进行了初步调查,通过对7个不同地点、不同品种和日龄的17头犊牛及54头成年牛的粪样检查,结果显示犊牛隐孢子虫的平均感染率为52.94%,成年牛隐孢子虫的平均感染率为12.96%:平均感染强度以400倍光学显微镜下,每个视野中的隐孢子虫卵囊数量计,犊牛为6个:成年牛为1.5个。上述数据表明内蒙古呼和浩特市地区牛群中有隐孢子虫感染,而且犊牛的感染率明显高于成年牛。
The Infestation of Bovine Cryptosporidium was investigated preliminarily in Huhhot region of Inner Mongolia, China. The faeces of 17 calves in various varieties and days and 54 adults from 7 different areas were observed. The results indicated that the average infestation rate of calves was 52.94%; but for adults, it was 12.96%. The average infestation intensity of Cryptosporidium oocyst was 6 in calves and 1.5 in adults respectively under each field of microscope vision(400×). The above data showed that the infestation of bovine Cryptosporidium was existed in Huhhot Region of Inner Mongolia, China and that the infestation rate was higher in calves than in adults obviously.
