A Research of a Computerize Automatic Measurement System for Bellows Characteristic of Micromanometer

本文简要说明测量膜盒特性的传统方法,阐述了我们研制的智能微压膜盒特性自动测试系统.分析讨论了智能膜盒特性自动测试系统的工作原理和主要性能参数.

This paper presents briefly the traditional methods of the measurement bellows eharacteristic, and introduces a computerize automatic measurement system for bellows characteristic of micromanometer, which is developed by the authors. The operation principle, main performance parameters of the computerize automatic measurement system for bellows characteristic are analysed and discussed.
