摘要
在盐酸介质中,F-能明显地阻抑铁(Ⅲ)催化过氧化氢还原亮绿SF的褪色指示反应,据此建立了测定痕量F-的阻抑 催化动力学光度分析方法。该方法测定F-的线性范围为0.0~5.4mg L,检出限为3.8×10-6g L,已应用于测定自来水中微量氟。
In hydrochloric acid medium, trace fluoride essentially inhibited the light green SF descolorization reaction with H_2O_2 catalyzed by Fe(Ⅲ). Based on this, an inhibition kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace fluoride was established. The linear range were 0~5.4 mg/L with a detection limit of 3.8×10^(-6) g/L for fluoride. This method was used to determine trace fluoride in tap water with satisfactory results.
