摘要
利用间接原子吸收法测定了药物制剂中尼可刹米的含量。该法基于尼可刹米在酸性介质中与Cu2+及SCN-生成1∶1∶2络合物,通过CH3Cl萃取,测定水相中剩余Cu2+的量来间接测定尼可刹米。本法在0~90μg mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9992)。并探讨了尼可刹米和Cu2+及SCN-生成络合物的反应机理。已用于药物制剂中尼可刹米的测定。
An indirect atomic absorption spectroscopic method was proposed for the determination of nikethamide in pharmaceutical preparations.The method was based on the reaction of nikethamide with Cu^(2+) and SCN^- in acid medium,the formed Cu^(2+) complex was extracted with CH_3Cl. The amount of Cu^(2+) in the aqueous phase was determined by AAS, and then the amount of nikethamide in the sample could be calculated. The linear range was 0~90 μg/mL. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of nikethamide in preparations. The mechanism of the reaction was also discussed.
