道德分配与按劳分配、按资分配和按生产要素分配相比,在分配的动因上,分配的层次和广泛性上,分配的标准上,分配的结果上都具有历史的先进性。因此,道德分配是很有必要的,它是社会主义初级阶段生产力水平发展的要求,是对按劳分配、社会保险的一种补充,同时,也是加强社会主义精神文明建设的需要。我们应大力提倡和宣传道德分配,通过树立道德分配的典型引导,建立功德碑、功德簿等引导人们参与道德分配。道德分配这种功能作用是其他分配形式所不能代替的,因此,值得我们提倡和颂扬。
