摘要
日趋激烈的国际竞争实质上是人才的竞争,造就一大批复合型、创新型人才,已成为当务之急,为此,必须改革人才培养模式。本文从塑造新的人才培养理念出发,针对性地对人才培养模式中的培养目标、课程体系设计、教学方式以及师资结构作了新的思考。
The fierce social competition is in essence the talents' competition. Cultivating a block of comprehensive and creative talents has been the first need of higher education of China. This article is based on the new concept of education, providing fresh thinking on the educational aim as well as the curriculum design, teaching methods and the faculty.
