本文从空气分离设备的工艺流程和部件的功能出发,对其进行了故障模式和影响分析(FMEA).通过对230余种故障模式的分析,发现了影响空气分离设备可靠性的关键部位,为产品的可靠性设计和增长提供了依据.

In this paper, an analysis of failure modes and effects of the air-separation plant is performed based on the technical process and the functions of the components. According to the investigtion of more than 230 failure modes, the most key locations which effect the reliability of the plant are introduced, which provides the good foundation for the increase of the reliability of the plant.
