摘要 一 '学术失范'正困扰着我国学术界.学术失范、违规,集中表现为引用前人、他人的研究成果不注明出处而据为己有.成章、成节、成段照抄,易露马脚而被揭穿;鸡零狗碎照搬或改头换面利用,则可轻易蒙混过关,即使偶被发现,也难定性而毫无办法.
