输精管结扎对大鼠生精细胞凋亡的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究输精管结扎对大鼠曲细精管生精细胞凋亡的影响及其机制。方法:将大鼠输精管结扎,1~10周后利用免疫组化法检测曲细精管生精细胞Bax和Bcl-2的表达情况,并应用脱氧核糖核酸末端转移酶介导的dUTP缺口末端标记(TUNEL)技术检测生精细胞的凋亡数目。结果:免疫组化法显示结扎后大鼠生精细胞Bcl-2的表达同假手术组比较无明显差异,而Bax的表达明显升高。结扎后不同时期组与同期假手术组比较,TUNEL法显示生精细胞凋亡数前者均高于后者(P<0.05)。结论:输精管结扎会导致大鼠曲细精管生精细胞凋亡数增加。 Objective : To study the effect of vasoligation on apoptosis of spermatogenic cells and its mechanism. Methods: The rats received vasoligation. The expressions of Bcl -2 and Bax in spermatogenic cells were detected by immunohistochemistry, and the number of withered spermatogenic cells was detected by TUNEL within period of 10 postoperative weeks. Results: Immunohistochemistry showed there was no significant difference in the expressions of Bcl - 2 between vasoligation group and sham - operation group, while the expression of Bax was increasing in vasoligation group. TUNEL showed that the number of withered spermatogenic cells within 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 10 weeks in vasoligation group was more than ones at the same phase in sham - operation group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Vsoligation can increase the number of withered spermatogenic cells.
