摘要
当前我国就业中总量性矛盾与结构性矛盾相互交织。灵活就业是解决我国严峻的就业问题的重要途径。国家应以法律形式对灵活就业进行规范,制定相关优惠政策,大力促进灵活就业的发展并充分保障灵活就业人员的合法权益。
The aggregate quantity contradiction and the structural contradiction interlaces each other in the employment in China at present. The flexible employment is the important channel for solving the severe employment problem in China. The Chinese Governments should standardize the flexible employment activities in the form of law, and establish the interrelated preferential policies, and exert great efforts to promote the development of the flexible employment and fully guarantee the legal rights and interests of the flexible employment personnel.
