In accordance with the concrete fabrication process adopted in Jin Dong and Qi Haoling tunnels on Yuhuai railway, the paper outlines the long distance pump-delivering concrete mixed with machine-processed sand in the respect of proportioning and fabrication, engineering application and benefit and also the experience accumulated.
