With the development of Internet comes the proflem of registration of domain names. The reg- istration, unfortunately, is accompanied by the rush registration of some people in Internet by using trademarks that do not belong to them as their own domain names. Rush registration of this kind is a new violation of trademarks. The author holds that domain name registration should be standardized and legalized, so that the priority of the own- ers of trademarks can be protected.
