摘要
新修订的保险法紧密结合了当前国际国内保险行业的实际情况,在保险业法方面的修改是切实和妥当的,对加快我国保险业的改革和发展具有深远的积极意义,但未对保险合同法方面的内容进行修改.
The newly revised insurance law is based on present situations of insurance industry abroad
and home. It is realistic and proper it is helpful to accelerate the reform and development of insurance industry of
china.
