摘要 随着我国高等教育的迅速发展,大众化的高等教育已成为未来几年将要实现的目标.接受高等教育的人数成倍增加,尤其是高师院校的数学与应用数学专业,扩招速度快,招生规模大.按照传统的教学模式,普遍反应是教师难教,学生难学.如何科学地对待学生之间客观存在的差异是课堂教学所面临的一个不容回避的问题.为此,针对学生的特点和不同心理需求,来探索分层递进教学改革实验,使教学目标、教学内容、教学方法以及教学手段更符合学生的接受能力. With the rapid development of higher education of our country, 'higher education for all'has already become the goal that wiil be realized in the following several years. The number of people of accepting higher education increases at double, especially those in mathematics and applied mathematics major in normal universities. The speed of employing expands fast and the enrollment scale is large. According to traditional teach- ing mode, it is difficult for teachers to teach and difficult for students to study. How to treat the difference of the objective reality between students scientifically is a problem that can't be avoided. For this reason, according to students' characteristic and different psychological need, we probe the reform experiment in mathematics layered education to make teaching goal, content of courses, teaching methed and teaching means in accord with students' ability to accept more.
