汉语言文学教育专业(专科)技能培养初探

Trying Researchingen the Major Skills Cultivating for Chinese Language and Literature Education

传统的高等师范教育模式在职业教育体系中处于弱势,对理论的过分偏重,实践教学环节的严重不足,与基础教育改革的脱节,导致学生的从师职业技能普遍偏低,毕业生能力规格与用人单位的要求差距较大。本文以汉语言文学教育专业为例,全面陈述了该专业的技能培养方案,以期解决师范教育中存在的主要问题。

The status of traditional way of advanced normal education is low in the vocational education system .It pays much attention to the theory,and the practice period for teaching is far away from our requirement.As well it is departed from reformation of basic education .All of these cause the students' ability of being a teacher poor. There is a long distance between the graduates' ability and the requirement of the units.This article takes the major of Chinese language and literature education as an example ,illustrating the cultivating scheme for the skills of this major completely,in order to solve the problems existing in the normal education.
