摘要
由于汉英两个民族、文化、风俗习惯、观察事物及思维方式上存在着差异,对特定颜色词的观察和使用也就存在着差异,进行英汉交际时,必须重视这种差异,以便准确理解和运用英语颜色及其习词。
Because of cultural difference,a colour-word with the same rational concept in Chinese and English may have different associative meanings. In communicating, we should pay much attention to such difference in order to understand and apply the color-words correctly.
