通过对高职教师学历、年龄、职称、专业结构等现状的情况收集和统计,分析现高职教师队伍存在的问题,思考通过转变观念、制定规划、采取措施、注重创新、重视师德培养等有效途径,加快建设高素质高职教师队伍。

The article collects the facts about the present situation of academic credentials , ages ,professional titles and specialities of vocational colleges' teachers. It also analyzes the existing problems and brings about some ways to deal with such a situation , such as changing one's mind , working out a plan ,taking measures ,blazing new trails, and laying emphasis on professional ethics of the teaching profession .
