绿巨人褐腐病化学防治试验 被引量:3

摘要 用 2 9种杀菌剂对绿巨人褐腐病病原菌进行室内毒力测定 ,结果显示 :2 5 %健绿宝、70 %代高乐、4 0 %百可宁、5 0 %消菌灵、72 %克露、70 %百德富、2 5 %绿乳铜和 70 %土菌消 8种药剂对绿巨人病株叶柄病斑和根部感染具强烈抑制作用。用这些杀菌剂进一步进行室外防治试验 ,对绿巨人叶柄、根部接种防治试验和对自然感染防治试验结果都表明 ,最理想的防治药剂为健绿宝。代高乐、百德富、新万生和土菌消也有明显的抑制效果 ,但百德富药效不太稳定。无伤口接种病菌不能侵入 ,而植株一旦受到创伤 ,喷淋杀菌剂在 2 4h内都不能阻止病菌的接触侵入 ,接种前或后喷药都不能有效根除病菌的侵染 ;所以防止人为创伤、虫伤。 fungicides were used against Spathiphyllum pallas root rot (Cylindrocladium spathiphylli) in lab,the result showed that 8 fungicides,i.e.25%Jianlubao,70%Daigole,40%Baikening,50%Xiaojunling,72%Kelu,70%Baidefu,25%Lurutong and 70%Ta-chgaren,had the best effect.Among them 25%Jianlubao gave the best control in field.70%Daigole,70%Baidefu,80%Xin-wan-sheng and 70%Ta-chgaren also reached good effect,but the effect of 70%Baidefu was not stable.The result also showed that the pathogen couldn't infect the plants without wound,and the fungicides couldn't prevent the infection of the pathogen within 24 hours once the plants were wounded.The (disease) couldn't be eradicated by spraying fungicides after or before inoculating with pathogen.So to prevent being wounded was the most important measure to control this disease.
