摘要
赤泥是氧化铝生产中排放的工业废渣,大量堆放赤泥会对环境造成严重危害。本文利用赤泥制备水处理用多孔陶粒滤料,并进行了含油废水的过滤试验。初步研究表明:添加一定的硅石粉,通过合适的烧结工艺能够制备出多孔结构的陶粒滤料,除油效果能够达到60%以上。其中烧结温度对陶粒的性能影响较大。
Red mud is the industrial waste discharged from the production of alumina and creates great harm to environment . The porous granular-ceramics was made from red mud and used as filter medium for removing the grease. The results showed that the porous granular-ceramics can be made from red mud through addition of silica powder in the proposed sintering process. The removal effeciency of the grease is above 60%. The effect of the sintering temperature on the degrease performance is obvious.
