摘要
在《酒泉钢铁(集团)有限责任公司本部冶炼厂区及矿区水土保持方案》的编制过程中,针对项目区防治责任范围大,海拔高,交通不便且区域基础资料匮乏等诸多不利因素,利用ETM+SPOT5融合影像对项目区土地利用和土地覆盖及弃土弃渣等进行遥感调查,结合已有水土流失资料,查清了项目区水土流失现状,客观合理地确定了项目区水土流失防治责任范围,预测了工程建设期和运行期可能造成新增水土流失的数量及危害,从而提高了调查效率,节省了人力,保证了精度,为遥感技术在开发建设项目水土保持方案的编制中的做出了探索。
Many disadvantageous factors were faced when the scheme of soil and water conservation was planning in Jiuquan Steel(Group)Co.Ltd.,such as big area,high elevation,inconvenient transportation,poor foundation data,etc.the fusion of ETM and SPOT 5 data image data was used in land use and land cover remote investigation,the data of soil and water erosion was integrated in finding the harm of soil and water loss actually,the prevention and duty was ascertained,the result of amount and harm was forecasted during project construct and openation,the investigation was efficient,economic,precise,some experiences and methods were put forward for remote sensing technique used in arrangement of soil and water conservation.
