渭河流域水土保持的综合治理

The Soil and Water Conservation and Comprehensive Control in the Weihe River Valley

渭河是黄河上最大的一条支流,它贯穿陕西省全境,对沿河两岸城市人民的经济、社会和生活发挥着重大作用。由于渭河流域特殊的地质结构、地理位置、气候条件,尤其是近年来人为的破坏,使得渭河流域的水土保持情况不断恶化,已严重影响到沿河城市的可持续发展,治理渭河流域已刻不容缓。在分析渭河流域水土保持过程中所存在问题的基础上,提出了解决渭河流域水土保持问题应从以下几方面入手:水土保持需要统一规划、综合治理;加快水土保持生态恢复工程的建设,防止水土流失进一步恶化;加强渭河流域水资源的利用和管理;治理土地,提高对降水资源的利用率。

The Weihe River,the biggest distributary of the Yellow River,running through Shaanxi Province,exerts great influences on people living around,not only on economy,society,but on living as well.Due to special structures,geography locations and climate conditions,particularly human's destruction in recent years,the situation of soil and water conservation in the Weihe valley became serious,badly hamper the process of sustainable development of valley.Based on the analysis of the basic problems about the soil and water conservation,several measures are proposed for better control of present situations.
