摘要
用球墨铸铁屑处理含铬废水的试验研究的结果表明:当含铬废水Cr6+含量为4.5mg/L时,其Cr6+去除率>90%,出水Cr6+含量≤0.42mg/L,小于国家标准的0.5mg/L;当温度为21℃、铁屑粒度为1.2~2.0mm时的最佳工艺方案为:进水pH值为2.0~2.4,出水沉淀时pH值为8.0~9.0,接触时间为15~21min。
The results of experimental study of treatment on chromium-bearing wastewater with nodular cast iron scrap show when chromiwm-bearing wastewater Cr^(6+)is 4.5 mg/L,the rate of eliminating the roots on Cr^(6+)>90%,Cr^(6+)of water exit (0.42 mg/L)≤0.5 mg/L (standard of the state),when temperature is 21℃ and the size of iron scrap is 1.2~2.0 mm,optimum technological plan:pH of water inlet is 2.0~2.4,pH of water exit sediment is 8.0~9.0,time of contact is 15~21 min.
