摘要
以某钢厂高线精轧机组为模型,通过对精轧辊环换热边界条件的分析,用MARC大型有限元软件包对辊环温度场进行数值计算,获得辊环稳定轧制时的温度场;并对不同机架和轧制工况进行了比较分析,通过现场测量数据对计算结果进行验证。
REFERING TO THE MODEL OF ONE MILL PLANT'S WIRE-ROD FINISHING MILL TRAIN, THIS PAPER ANALYSES THE BOUNDARY CONDITION OF ROLL COLLAR. BY MEANS OF MARC FINITE ELEMENT SOFTWARE PACKAGE, THE PAPER OBTAINS THERMAL DISTRIBUTION OF ROLL COLLAR IN STABILIZED ROLLING ,THEN ANALYSES DIFFER ROLL COLLAR AND ROLLING CONDITION, AND VERIFIES THE COMPUTATIONAL SOLUTION BY WORK YARD METRICAL DATA.
