摘要
用小型密闭压力容器试验 (MCPVT)跟踪测定了有机过氧化物热分解反应产生的压力行为和有稀释稳定剂存在下的压力效应。结果表明 ,非挥发性稀释稳定剂能降低热分解产生的最大压力 (Pmax) ,挥发性稀释稳定剂使Pmax值增大 ,且稀释稳定剂显著减少最大压力变化值 (dP/dt) max,即显著降低热分解速度。并利用 (dP/dt) max值和K =(dP/dt) max ,D/ (dP/dt) max值评价了稀释稳定剂的热分解稳定效果 ,稀释稳定剂降低热分解危险等级 ,K的大小顺序为 :BPO H2 O <DCP CaCO3 <DTBP IPS <TBPB IPS ,当有机过氧化物的质量分数为 6 0 %时 ,BPO、DCP、DTBP和TBPB的K值分别为 0 74 82、0 316 1、0 2 4 2 3和 0 182
Pressure behavior and pressure effect of dilute stabilizing agents in the thermal decomposition of organic peroxides were examined in a mini-closed pressure vessel test(MCPVT). The maximal pressure of thermal decomposition(P max) reduced when stabilizing agent was non-volatile, and P max increased when stabilizing agent was a volatile, and (dP/dt) max was reduced. The stabilizing effects of stabilizing agent on the thermal decomposition were evaluated with (dP/dt) max and K(K=(dP/dt) max,D/(dP/dt) max(D:dilute stabilizing agent). The order of K was BPO-H 2O<DCP-CaCO 3<DTBP-IPS<TBPB-IPS, when mass fraction of organic peroxides was 0.6 and K was equal to 0.748 2, 0.316 1, 0.242 3, 0.182 7.
