摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板凝胶技术,研究了4个品种240头猪8个基因座位的蛋白多态性。结果表明,4个品种中Alb和Pi-Ⅱ均呈单态;在香猪中,Pi-Ⅰ座位呈单态;对于Po-Ⅰ座位,除柯乐猪外,其余品种均呈现单态。在4个品种中CA、Cp、Po-Ⅱ和Amy-Ⅰ均表现出多态性。群体遗传变异指标计算结果显示,4个品种蛋白座位的平均杂合度为0.34210(小耳猪),0.3229(大河猪),0.3030(香猪),0.3479(柯乐猪)(以8个座位计算)。根据基因频率计算奈式遗传距离,并用UPGMA法进行聚类分析,得出4个品种的聚类结果稍有差别。
In the present study,analysis of 8 gene loci of four kinds of native pigs in Yunnan and Guizhou province was carried out by means of horizontal starch gel electrophoresis.Genotype frequency was generally similar in Alb and Pi-Ⅱ,the polymorphism was found in CA,Cp,Po-Ⅱ,Amy-Ⅰ.The statistical result of population genetic parameters showed that the average heterozygosity(H) of polymorphism protein loci in xiao'er, Da he, Xiang zhu, Kele were 0.3421,0.3229,0.3060,0.3479 respectively.Using the gene frequency of 8 loci,the genetic distance between four breeds were calculated and the formulation of Nei.UPGMA clustering analysis were also made.The outcome showed that there was little difference among the four breeds.
