摘要 利用土壤农杆菌转入外源基因是植物基因工程中的有效手段.为此,对土壤农杆菌转化系统中的载体系统、土壤农杆菌转化植物的分子机制以及土壤农杆菌在基因工程中应用的研究进展作了综合评述. Use of soil agrobacteria for transferring foreign genes in plant genetic engineering is a very effective technique. The research progress of vector system of soil agrobacteria transformation system, molecular mechanism of plant transformation by soil agrobacteria and the application of soil agrobacteria in the plant genetic engineering is reviewed in this paper.
